※Boothで配布する素材データのみに適応されます。
対象[Subject to the Terms]
当ライセンスは本サイトで紹介するszk(以下、制作者と記載）による作成及び撮影を行った素材データ(以下、配布データと記載)に対して効果が適用される。
また、配布データを利用する者(以下、利用者と記載)はダウンロードおよび頒布を受けた時点で規約に同意したものとして扱う。
This license applies to the material data (hereinafter referred to as “distributed data”) created and photographed by szk (hereinafter referred to as “creator”) introduced in this site.
Those who use the distributed data (hereinafter referred to as “users”) shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of downloading and distribution.
主な使用ケース[ use case]
以下のようなケースで商用非商用に限らず利用が可能となります。
・利用者の作成する作品の素材データとして※1
・Webサイト等で使用する素材として
※1「作品」は主に以下のようなものが含まれます。
・イラストや3Dモデルデータのテクスチャ、またはペン設定等
・ゲーム背景やゲームで利用される3Dモデルデータのテクスチャ等
・映像作品の背景等
It can be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes in the following cases.
・ As material data for the work created by the user*1
・ As a material to be used on websites, etc.
禁止事項[Unusable cases]
・配布データに対し許可無く2次配布を行うこと
・配布データに対して製作者でない立場の者が作品の制作者を名乗る行為、或いは誤解を招く行為
・法律の抵触および犯罪行為の助長や反社会組織に関する場所、及び機会にて配布作品を利用すること
・Secondary distribution of distributed data without permission.
・Any act by which a person who is not the creator of the distributed data claims to be the creator of the work, or any act that may lead to misunderstanding.
・Use of the distributed work in places or on occasions that conflict with the law, promote criminal activities, or are related to anti-social organizations.
利用条件[Terms of use]
・上記禁止事項を遵守する条件に限り使用時の条件は無いものとする。
・また、利用する上での制作者への連絡は不要とする。
・商用、非商用については制限を持たない。
・当作品の利用によって利用者に何らかの不利益が発生した場合、製作者はその責を負わないものとする。
・If you observe the above prohibited items, there are no conditions for use.
・In addition, there is no need to contact the producer for use.
・ There is no limit for commercial and non-commercial use
・ If any disadvantage is caused to the user by using this work, the producer shall not be liable.
補足[Supplement]
・製作者は著作権の破棄は行っていないものとする。
・ The producer shall not destroy the copyright.
堅苦しく書いてますがVJ素材と同様に「悪いことに使わなければ連絡不要で使っていいよ」ってことです。

素材リクエスト
リクエストもらえれば気分で作成(撮影)したりしなかったりします。
(また、作成した映像素材については基本的にBoothにて有料頒布します。)
期限や構図に要件がある方は別途お問い合わせください。都度見積もりにて作成します。
